What happens during my pet’s laser therapy treatment?

Laser therapy might be helpful in targeting specific areas of your pet’s body where they’re experiencing pain, inflammation, recovering from a surgery or in the midst of healing a wound. Using a handheld laser wand, our veterinary team will move it along the area of your pet’s body that has damaged tissue. Depending on the area being treated and how intensive the tissue damage is, sessions might last up to 30 minutes. Our veterinary team will recommend a specific number of sessions, as well as their frequency, based on what works best for your pet’s condition.

Is the laser safe?
